RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our products, unless the product received is in a damaged condition. 
In case of damaged goods, you can contact us and ask for a refund or a replacement. Returns are not accepted for items purchased at a discounted amount.
To complete your request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your complaint is received, we will do our best to assist you with your issue. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15-20 days. Refunds are not processed for items purchased at a discounted amount.

LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at care@thewomanscompany.co.in.

CANCELLATION 

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase only if the order has not already been in dispatched. 

SHIPPING
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. In most cases, it should reach within 5-7 days.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping for all prepaid orders over 499 is free. Shipping for orders at 499 or below have a Rs.50 charge associated with it. Any order made with Cash On Delivery will have Rs.50 shipping charge associated with it.
